How long will the onboarding process take before I become an approved vendor?
After filling out the initial form and submitting all of your requirements, please allow our Vendor Management Team 7 days review the information submitted and confirm that you are compliant.
ResiPro reserves the right to select and approve vendors in its sole discretion which it’s based on the results of the review and certification process and demand.
Is a background check really required?
In an effort to reduce potential risks and liabilities; Yes, all individuals entering and/or conducting any business in our homes will require to have a background check and pass before performing any task(s) on behalf of or representing ResiPro.
How many work orders will I receive per month?
ResiPro does not guarantee a specific number of projects/work orders. The volume of work will depend on your location, coverage areas, vendor performance, and our client demands & requirements.
Will and how will my performance be measured?
ResiPro strives for excellence in services provided to our clients. Yes, all vendors will measure using a scoring system based on certain categories, including but not limited to: performance, quality, responsiveness, etc.
